A story, a story, it's time for a story

This small booklet tells a parable of Jesus, just as it is written in Matthew 18: The parable of the Unmerciful Servant.

In a country and culture where forgiveness is a hard topic because of war violence and family honor, this message of the gospel is most needed. Only real forgiveness can heal the wounded hearts of Somalis.

The booklet is written in the Somali language with an English translation in small letters at the bottom of the page. The English translation makes it possible to use this booklet worldwide and to read it together with our Somali friends. On every page is a full-colored painting of a Somali cultural setting, which will be helpful for storytelling. Many women are illiterate and there are a lot of Somali people who love their language, but can hardly read it. This story will also be great for children.

The booklet can be used for evangelizing or for sharing as a gift for our friends. A reference to a Christian website in Somali language maakes it possible for them read or listen to the entire Bible.
